CANCELLATION/OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

• Opting out of SMS will not affect critical communications via email or U.S. Postal Mail.

HELP/CUSTOMER SUPPORT

• Tenants can Text HELP for help' and 'Text STOP to unsubscribe or opt-out.
